Loved the spacious and sunny room with a great balcony. It was perfect for a romantic escape. The team at the hotel was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few disappointments during our stay. we were not informed online or through emails that our room wouldn't be serviced due to choosing a budget option.

Excellent position to easily walk to the street, plenty of good restaurants to choose from in Queenstown.a very handily placed for a visit to the botanical gardens etc.
Besides being told on the first day to come back later as the room wasnt ready that was okay, then my wife asked for some milk for a cup of tea and was told to buy her own.Incredibly rude i was then overcharged for internet access and breakfast.Staggered by the rudeness of 2of the"receptionist's"

Simple but awesome. Facilities were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Heated bathroom floor was awesome! And the plunger coffee and cookies each day were simply delicious!
Not a didnt like, but a consideration... The wood floors make a lot of noise. Perhaps thicker/more carpets???

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located lodge. the convenient location allowed us to easily walk to town, the gondola, and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area. Our room was comfortable, with a refrigerator and cooktop. the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch, keeping us warm during our visit. the balcony provided a great space to relax and take in the scenery. the breakfast provided a good selection of cereals, dried fruit, nuts, and juice.
While the parking options were limited, we found street parking to be a suitable alternative.

Friendly and helpful staff. Value for money accommodation. Nice heated bathroom floors and big beds. Large balcony overlooking the gardens. Large TVs and room areas for travellers with lots of luggage.
Rooms nearer the main entrance could be affected by noisy footsteps and operation of the breakfast room in the morning. Not such a problem at night as the main door is locked so guests won't be walking around the corridors. Rooms near the back door might be affected at night though.

Coronation Lodge did an amazing job! I asked for a room on the second floor and a kitchenette and they gave us the biggest room. We also added my mother in law at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us. The room had all the kitchen supplies that we needed. They were also very helpful in suggesting places to see/do around town. Great location, minutes away from town walking. Would go back again.

Great location for exploring the town, short walk away. Upgraded to awesome 1-bedroom unit with fantastic gondola view. Huge bathroom with warm underfloor heating. Quiet area but close to central Queenstown. Warm welcome, everything needed for comfy stay, including washer and dryer. Super cozy cabin-like room. Staff even let us store luggage before check-in.

Very friendly and helpful. Good value for money and comfortable. It was in an ideal place for access to the town and restaurants.
We stayed there twice. The first room was near the road and since it was a very busy we it was a bit noisy with the window open. However, we still thought it was very good. Our second room was really great and had a balcony which was good.
